Hi, I’m Terri, founder of Four Keys Property Solutions. I started this company with a simple purpose: to find homes with potential and bring them back to life with care, practical improvements, and thoughtful design.

After more than 30 years in human resources, I’ve learned how important it is to listen, communicate clearly, and treat people with respect. I bring that same approach to real estate. Whether I’m speaking with a homeowner, agent, wholesaler, lender, or contractor, I believe every conversation should be honest, professional, and grounded in trust.

Four Keys Property Solutions purchases homes that need updates, repairs, or a fresh vision. Some properties are renovated and resold, while others become long-term rental homes we are proud to own. I look for properties where there is an opportunity to create value, improve the home, and leave the property better than I found it.

This work is personal to me. I care about the details, the people involved, and the final result. My goal is to build a real estate business rooted in integrity, creativity, and long-term value.
